Residential Letting Agent

Trafalgar Cape Town is seeking a motivated and results-driven Residential Letting Agent to join our growing team. If you are passionate about the property industry, thrive under pressure, and enjoy working towards clear targets, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Your role will include, but is not limited to:

• Sourcing, viewing, and photographing new and existing listings for advertising.

• Marketing properties across various platforms, including social media.

• Placement of "To Let" and "Property Wanted" boards.

• Coordinating and conducting viewings of vacant units with prospective tenants.

• Handling walk-in clients and telephonic enquiries professionally.

• Managing the full tenant application and vetting process.

• Assisting with ingoing inspections when required.

• Responding to client queries promptly and efficiently.

• Managing emails and ensuring effective communication.

• Performing general letting duties as required.

Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12).

• Own vehicle with a valid driver’s licence.

• Computer literacy.

• Full Status Fidelity Fund Certificate (compulsory).

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
