Trafalgar Pretoria is on the lookout for a dynamic and professional Sales Agent to join their team as an intermediary between sellers and buyers.

This exciting role involves marketing listings and providing expert guidance to both buyers and sellers. It's a great opportunity for someone eager to grow their career in real estate

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property values
• Assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property at the right price under the best terms
• Understand clients’ needs and propose suitable solutions
• Negotiate, consult on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements
• Display and market properties to potential buyers
• Handle paperwork, listing updates, and communications
• Work with appraisers, lenders, inspectors, and other professionals
• Promote listings through ads, open houses & platforms
• Remain up to date on market trends and best practices
• Arrange and attend property viewings 
• Respond to and follow up on enquiries 
• Source new business leads

Requirements:

• EAAB & NQF 4 estate agency qualification (essential)
• Matric certificate
• Proven real estate sales experience with a solid track record 
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle 
• Ability to work independently with strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation abilities
• Professional, trustworthy, and well-presented
• Proficient in MS Office
