Join the dynamic team at Trafalgar Property Management in Cape Town as a Maintenance Administrator, where you will be instrumental in coordinating maintenance operations, driving efficient service delivery, and delivering exceptional support to both clients and contractors.
Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Logging and managing all maintenance requests and calls
- Handling maintenance-related queries efficiently
- Liaising with contractors, clients, and Portfolio Managers
- Monitoring and following up on job completion timelines
- Managing and finalising maintenance jobs on the system
- Preparing and distributing outstanding job lists and weekly feedback reports
- Maintaining and updating the Preferred Contractors List
- Obtaining quotations and processing invoices for approval and payment
- Participating in the after-hours contact rotation
- Ensuring clients are consistently informed and updated
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the property industry
- Previous experience in maintenance administration preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure
