Trafalgar is the market leader in Residential Property Management nationally. Trafalgar's Durban office requires a self-motivated, dedicated individual for their Shareblock division for the poistion as Levy Clearance and Shareblock administrator. Shareblock experience is relevant.

1. Complete and finalise Share Transfer processes to finality
2. Gather the required information from all parties to draw up the transfer
3. Complete all SARS documents and declaration in line with the transfer
4. Ensuring the Agent and attorneys sign off on all the required documents
5. Always check on outstanding levies and obtain reconciliation of levies
6. Raise fees charged for the transfer
7. Issue Share certificate
8. Ensure CIPC done on Shareblock
9. Ensure al documents are available to the Qdocs administrator
10. Attend to all the Levy Clearance responsibilities
