There are currently a handful of rooms that are available and ready to be taken occupation. The rental amount varies from each room so give us Trafalgar a call so that we can find one most suitable for you. Each room is shared with another student. Males and females are seperate and do not share the same room. Each room comes with a single bed built in wardrobe study desk and chair. Each room comes with a shower and basin. Not all rooms come with their own toilet. There is a communal kitchen and bathrooms available for use. The kitchen does have hot plates and a fridge. There is a communal lounge area with a flat screen tv and a large lounge suit. The laundry facilities are available for the students to use and there is a outside wash-line.
The rental includes all BCM charges. There is WIFI at no extra charge. This property is very secure with tag access at the main gate and the entrance door to the inside of the building. There is parking space available for students aswell. The property is on bus and taxi route. Students looking for a comfortable living enviroment that suits the need to thrive with studies then this is the accomodation for you with reasonable prices. There is a deposit and administration fee of R552.00 pay-ableon first payment.
