Kindly ask your local branch for a Personal Particulars form and return to the Portfolio Management Team via either fax or email in order to ensure that the contact information held by ourselves is correct. This will ensure that you receive your levy account timeously every month, and should a problem arise at your unit we can always contact you in time to assist.
Please note that the address which appears on your levy statement will be deemed to be your chosen domicilium / service address. If your statement is sent to an outside postal address, the property for which the levies are being raised will remain as your domicilium / service address. Any change of domicilium / service address must be advised in writing and acknowledged by us in writing.
