Financial Reporting

  • Trafalgar has its own Inhouse Accounting Teams to ensure that we report accurate and timeous figures to our clients on a monthly basis
  • Financial reporting including a Balance Sheet,¬†Income Statement, Levy Roll, Arrears report, Creditors roll and all invoices on request which is held in our Electronic Library
  • Levy Roll packs are distributed on the 1st business day of the month and our Income Statement Pack on the 10th business day, via Email (PDF Reports)
  • Variance reporting is essential and these are done on all material exceptions on a monthly basis
  • Tracking of municipal recoveries vs Budget
  • Assisting with Audit file Preparation and ongoing follow ups
  • We offer to act as Public Officer to ensure all tax related and SARS compliance is handled, these include registrations, vat and tax returns and dealing with CIPC
  • Levy Arrear Notepad reports to track movement in debtor balances and arrangements
