We require a Residential Portfolio Administrator for our Johannesburg Innercity  – Berea  office. 1. Matriculation

2. Computer Literacy (Microsoft Word &Excel)

3. Previous  Residential Letting experience advantage

Job description:

1. Prepare monthly owner packs (collate rent rolls, invoices, statements).

2. Acknowledgement of notices and system update.

3. Sending out increase letters to tenants, capturing of rent increases and raising all rental   journals.

4. Manage rental increase and letting schedule.

5. Index all correspondences and checking all missing documents on qdocs

6. To ensure that all data workflows are used for journal adjustments

7. Checking of unit and property fee descriptions.

3. Must work in a structured and organised manner

4. Must be able to work under pressure

5. Ability to work within a team environment
