Trafalgar Port Elizabeth requires a dynamic and self motivated individual as a Residential Letting Administrator. Candidates must have previous administration experience. Computer literacy, attention to detail, ability to work with people, self motivated, and dedication are important qualities.

Requirements :-

  1. Matric
  2. Previous Administration experience
  3. Computer literate
  4. Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities :-

  1. Process owner payments
  2. Liaise with owners on income and expenditure
  3. Reconciliation of accounts
  4. Prepare monthly owner packs
  5. Acknowledgment of notice and system update
  6. Sending out increase letters to owners and tenants
  7. Capturing of rental increases
  8. Raising rental journals
  9. Assisting with letting queries
  10. Filing and indexing of all correspondence
  11. Checking unit and property descriptions, photographs, unit descriptions and directions
  12. Updating and loading property advertising
  13. Directing e-mails from Property 24 to all relevant letting agent

  4. Ability to be creative with advertising
