Trafalgar is the market leader in Residential Property Management nationally. Trafalgar’s Port Elizabeth branch requires a self-motivated, dedicated individual for their Residential division. Candidate must be organised and ambitious. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential. Experience in the Residential Letting environment is a requirement.
Computer Literacy (Microsoft Word &Excel)
Prior experience in Residential letting an advantage.
Experience in the Property industry and an EAAB and NQF 4 estate agency qualification certificate would be an added advantage
Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle
Own cell phone
Interviewing tenants and completing applications for available flats and houses.
Entering into leases
Loading tenants and raising agent fees etc.
Dealing with owners, Tenants and Supervisors.
Credit Checking and verification of tenants
Advertising vacant flats in the Newspaper daily.
Reply to and follow up on e-mail enquiries and telephone enquiries
Daily update of letting list
Ensure prompt feedback to clients
Effective completion of work
Must be able to contribute to the service level expectation of a goal orientated team whose focus is on providing world class service
Must have excellent time management skills
