Insuring common property of Homeowners and Residents’ Associations against insured perils is the sole responsibility of the Directors of The Association. Damage to common property such as boundary walls, guard house, entrance gates, gate motors, security systems and irrigation systems cost the owners thousands should they have to bear the cost of repairing or replacing the damaged property. TFS offers highly competitive premiums with optional extras such as increased indemnity cover and an excess waiver. EXCESS INSURANCE

 With excess on insurance policies constantly increasing the TRAFEX or TRAFEX PLUS will settle any excess due by you on claims in terms of your existing insurance policy, up to the respective limits available on the above mentioned (Excess Waiver type policies).

TRAFEX – at just R30.00 per month / per unit (limited to a maximum of R3,500 per claim)

TRAFEX PLUS – at just R44.50 per month / per unit (limited to a maximum of R7,500 per claim)
