Normal bank charges i.r.o. expenses paid on behalf of owner 2,5 % of next 3 year's rental 3,5 % of next R1 million
Negotiable fee i.e.. supervision of major renovations 1,5 % of next 3 years rental 2,5 % of the balance of sale price
  1 % of the balance
