Century teams up with Trafalgar on luxury apartments in Midrand

Century Property Developments, the company behind the Waterfall Estate and billions of rands’ worth of other residential developments in Midrand, has appointed national property management company Trafalgar to let and manage its luxury apartment developments in the area.

These include Crowthorne Luxury Apartments and the recently-launched Carlswald Luxury Apartments complex, which offers ultra-modern one, two and three-bedroom apartments in a low-rise development with excellent security and communal facilities.

He says the strength of demand is indicated by the very rapid uptake of the 216 apartments in Crowthorne Luxury Apartments complex and the strong response to the recent launch of the Carlswald Luxury Apartments development. Rentals in the first phase of this project start from R6200 a month for one-bedroom units, R8200 for two-bedroom units and R11 600 a month for three-bedroom units, and 183 of the 237 units that have been completed are already let.
